All the usual exceptions applies to both processing and shipping like fx force majeure, holiday order overload season and so on.

Shipping on custom orders are always calculated individually but this is a guideline for bulky or heavy orders like a full set of armor or large props:
In-store pickup at Arsenik
If you are a fellow Swede or happen to find yourself in southern Sweden you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Arsenik butik in Malmö.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup asap as stated in the shipping info.
You will recieve message when your order is ready for pick-up along with instructions.
Arsenik is located in central Malmö on
Davidshallsgatan 15 within crawling distance from train stop Triangeln and city bus stops Triangeln and Davidshall.
In-store pickup hours are:
12 - 18 Monday to Friday
12 - 16 Saturdays
Please have your order confirmation in some shape or form with you when you come by.
International Shipping
I offer international shipping to most areas my carrier provides, fx:
EU European countries
Non-EU European countries (Yes UK, I'm talking about you, please un-Brexit yourself)
United States & Canada
South America
Australia
If you would like to put in an order and your area isn't listed above or checkout is being mean to you - it's most likely due to distracted ADHD-brain or anxiety about shipping and policies in general.
So if that last sentence didn't throw you off completely - please fill out the contact form and we can probably work something out.
At this time, I do not ship to the following countries or any other countries listed under suspension by the shipping company:

Shipping charges for regular orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges for comissions or custom orders will be added as a separate item as agreed.

To avoid the potential surprise generetade by import duties or tax - please check the import rules for your country as your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bloodshot Belle Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the time stated in your order info or shipping confirmation email, please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Apparently some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
I don't know shit about that so if that applies to yo, please let me know.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
As most other small creators, artists and crafters I generally do NOT accept returns as long as there is nothing actually wrong with it.
I am in no way responsible for people:
- not reading item description
- not reading shipping time info
- not reading the part about potential import taxes
- reading the part about potential import taxes but being angry anyway
If your order should arrive unintentionally damaged or somehow defective, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I will try my best to work towards a solution that works for everyone included.
Right to refuse sale
Bloodshot Belle Creations has the right to refuse order at our sole discretion for any reason we see fit. If an order is refused on these premisses the entire purchase will be refunded asap and all future purchases will be refused.
